Education is the root of a project of vital and lasting importance, which is the hope of our nation, and also the base of China's being a powerful country in the world. As the "Spring and Autumn" said:"It has some reasons for a country resisting while education to China is as foundational stone to the skyscraper which can't resisting without the former."

    But what a pity is that there are a lot of students losing the opportunity to accept higher education just for the factor of economics in China, without end, they also lose the chance to contribute to our country and our nation.

    As one of the world famous Chinese enterprises, Acer holding the "Empowering Technology" mind, not only provides all high technological production, but also hopes return to all of the consumers through actual activities. So Acer launched "Acer-Care Project" in September, 2006. The fund of the project is supported by Acer, which are used to help poor fresh-men on campus in form of some tuition fee to help them get through their difficulties. So far, the project has been developed in several universities. And also, we hope through this project provide chances for them to practice in society and company, giving them tutorship and helping in spirit.

    After all, we do not have limitless power to help all poor students in China. In fact, there is no enterprises can do this by themselves. So we need the power from society. If a lot of warm-hearted enterprises can take part in the project, we will have enough funds to help more and more poor students. So, we hope any successful corporations and persons can be a member of the project, and we can contribute to the society together to help more and more poor students.
